☕ Morning: Inspiration, Sketches & Strategy
Every morning begins with a creative pulse. The team gathers around inspiration boards filled with trend forecasts, fabric swatches, global styles, and customer feedback. Using these insights, we align design goals for the season—balancing practicality with playful charm.
Our designers then begin sketching:
- New concepts for co-ord sets, rompers, or nightwear
- Customizations for private label clients
- Seasonal capsule collections (Summer Play, Winter Comfort, etc.)

✂️ Midday: Sampling, Fabric Selection & Fitting
After initial sketches, we dive into sourcing certified fabrics such as:
- GOTS-certified organic cotton
- OEKO-TEX approved jersey
- Recycled blends for sustainable lines
The cutting table becomes the centerpiece as pattern makers convert paper sketches into real pieces. Sample tailors stitch, revise, and fine-tune until the prototype is ready. Fit sessions follow to ensure comfort, mobility, and perfect proportions for children of every size.
🧵 Afternoon: Print Development & Color Mapping
This is where the fun begins. Our team collaborates with illustrators and digital artists to create:
- Custom all-over prints
- Thematic graphics for summer, sports, or sleepwear
- Gender-neutral color palettes and earthy tones
We also test embroidery, patchwork, and trims during this time—making sure each detail supports our core philosophy: safe, stylish, and functional clothing.
🌇 End of Day: Reviews, Client Approvals & Next Steps
Before the day wraps up, we review all progress and finalize designs for approval. Private label partners receive digital previews, while internal collections move to production planning.
