Welcome to LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED (“LAMBLILY”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://lamblily.com, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to revise product descriptions, specifications, and prices without prior notice.

  • Prices are listed in INR (for domestic customers) and in foreign currency for exports (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, etc.), inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the region.

  • Slight variations in color, size, and fabric may occur due to fabric nature, production processes, or digital display differences.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

  • LAMBLILY may refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, fraud, or suspicious activity.

  • Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours, provided the order is not yet dispatched.

For B2B/Export Orders:

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 units, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Lead times, sampling, labeling, and packaging requirements are agreed in writing with the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic orders are shipped within 2–5 business days; international orders follow agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP).

  • Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or unforeseen events; we will notify you promptly.

  • Tracking details will be shared once an order is dispatched.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available separately on our website.

For B2B/export buyers, returns are subject to the terms in the sales agreement.

7. Billing & Account Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping details.

  • Promptly update your account details (email, phone, payment info).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if inaccurate or fraudulent details are detected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, brand names, product designs, catalogs, graphics, and images—is the exclusive property of LAMBLILY PRIVATE LIMITED.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

  • Violating laws or third-party rights.

  • Uploading harmful code, spam, or offensive content.

  • Collecting or misusing others’ personal data.

  • Scraping, phishing, or interfering with website functionality.

  • Reselling our products without written authorization.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

10. User Submissions (Feedback, Comments, Reviews)

These Terms, along with referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Returns Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and LAMBLILY, superseding prior agreements or communications.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
