Refund and Returns Policy

At LAMBLILY, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items purchased during sale events or marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@lamblily.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible.

  3. Once approved, we will share the return instructions and pickup details.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer free size exchanges on eligible items within 3 days.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the desired size or item.

  • If the item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, LAMBLILY will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or sizing issues, return shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or after washing.

  • Innerwear, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable).

  • Customized, embroidered, or monogrammed products.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report it to support@lamblily.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit, based on the situation.
