1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: May take up to 10 days
Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive season rush.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999:
- Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹79 (calculated at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Should be order in via Amazon
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India.
International shipping is not available yet, but we are working on expanding globally soon!
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order via our website or directly through the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays or Issues
While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Natural calamities or disruptions
- Courier issues in your region
For delayed or stuck orders, please contact our support team with your order number.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears tampered with or damaged on delivery:
- Do not accept the package.
- Immediately notify us at support@lamblily.com with photos and your order ID.
- We will investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.
